COVID-19 Prevention policy
This season, due to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, we had to prioritize the safety of our guests and the local community by implementing precautionary measures in compliance with the NPHO Regulation (Greek National Public Health Organization), as the well-being of our guests is our top priority. Rest assured that we will make our utmost to ensure a pleasant and safe stay!
Security
The staff follows all safety protocols as instructed by the local authorities Shared stationery, such as printed catalogs, magazines, pens, and papers, has been removed There is a hand antiseptic in the units where guests stay and in public areas A first aid kit is available
Cleaning and disinfection
Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus Bed linen, towels and clothes are washed according to the instructions of the local authorities Guest accommodation is disinfected after each stay
Check-in and Welcoming guests
We have extended the duration of check-out and check-in times between stays (check out by 12am and check-in from 4pm) so that rooms can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using certified products and aired out between stays of guests through natural ventilation.

All dishes, cutlery, glasses and other tableware have been disinfected
